This week on St. Simons Island, GA
So, this is REAL island living...YES! And the weather is beautiful here to enjoy all aspects of St. Simons Island! Fishing, golf, beach, horseback riding, looking for the best home choices for you or someone you know! I have always known what my mission statement was, but never really put into words, so today I put it in words and in print today, here goes:

Lovin Livin!
It's a great springtime Monday here on St. SImons Island! Everything is green and
all the azaleas are blooming and beautiful! Nice beach weather and ready for
spring planting of gardens and flowers! Lovin the beach, properties are a bargain
and who wouldn't want to live on St. Simons Island, Sea Island or Golden Isles of
Georgia! Coastal Georgia is awesome! The best place to live ever!!!!

Liquid sunshine!
Wonderful day on St. Simons Island today even tho it is raining...it doesn't dampen my spirit just becasue I might get a little wet! REal estate is great right now because buyers are out looking, making offers, deals are coming together and properties are selling! Good deals can be had on St. Simons...and sellers are seeing they can sell their properties! Also a great time to upgrade since prices are lower!

With spring like weather on St. Simons, buyers are taking the plunge buying properties at bargain prices right now! Especially East Beach area, where several years ago properties values were twice what they now. I don't know about you, but I love a bargain! So, now is the time to consider making the move toward buying property here, whether its an early retirment property, rental/investment property, vacation home or condo, permanent residence or whatever, NOW is the time! one of the great things
one of the great things about living on our island is that on a day in january, the weather might be
a very moderate day temperature wize. Today was one of these days, finding our afternoon high being 73 degrees, sunny and a great day for playing golf, a walk on the beach, fishing or just sitting outside reading a book! Life is always great on St. Simons Island~it's a lifestyle!!!
